"Before meeting Joe I was incredibly unhappy with my weight, which had a huge impact on my mental health. I was a very unconfident person who lacked self-control and suffered from severe anxiety, and I did not know where to begin. 

At first, I tried to follow fitness influences on social media networking sites however with having no confidence to go to the gym and having the anxiety of doing things wrong. I soon realised this was not the correct path for me. I tried multiple times for multiple years to cure eating habits and to try and stick to a food plan however with very little self-control also failed for me. 

Joe was incredibly supportive and helped me in so many ways. Not only did I understand how to train but I learnt so much about nutrition and technique which are two very important things. Not only was Joe there to keep me on track with my food and my training but Joe played a huge part in helping me mentally. 

Before meeting Joe I turned heavily to drugs and alcohol, this was the only way I could allow myself to block my past and to get up every day. I was fully honest and open with Joe and he was so easy to talk to and supported me massively in order to overcome this horrible addiction. Joe never once judged me. 

Joe was always on the other end of the phone and was always able to keep me focused. Failure or quitting was never an option with Joe. I gained so much from Joe and learnt so much along the way. 

After a year of being with Joe not only did I reach my fitness goal but I was now clean of all drugs and alcohol and I couldn’t have felt better. I went from 76 kg down to an incredibly healthy 58 kg and I looked great. I had gained so much confidence and my mental health had improved massively. My life changed dramatically when I met Joe and I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for me. 

Without Joe I would not be the person I am today, and I cannot recommend him enough. He has been the biggest support network in my life both physically and mentally. Last year – I weighed nearly 20st and was a size 22 in clothing. I knew I had to do something.

I was recovering from an ACL injury and was limited, but having suffered with endometriosis and now a torn ACL, I knew deep down a lot of it was because of my weight.

I achieved a lot in my first six months, and we used different training techniques, slowly building up more weights, etc. It wasn’t a vigorous military workout, but it was consistent. It was like having a training session with a friend who had a lot of knowledge about the gym.

Most people would call me some sort of ‘gym fanatic’ now, the way I talk about it. But that’s not it… It’s just that I have learned balance.

Joe taught me key points about how the body functions and my relationship with food.

In just one year, I have managed to achieve a healthy 5-stone weight loss, now wearing size 12-14 in clothing, and I can still eat a McDonald’s if I fancy!
